A lifelong Venturan, Mr. Feingold is a litigator with fourteen years of experience at both the trial and appellate levels representing insurance companies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, insurance policyholders, insurance agents and brokers, public entities, legal professionals, construction companies and developers. He joined the firm in 2001 after being formerly associated with the Santa Barbara office of the Law Offices of Tharpe & Howell. He was elevated to partner in 2007. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Bar Association, on the steering committee for the Business Litigation Section of the Ventura County Bar Association, and is a member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, Rotary International, the Ventura County District Attorney's Office Real Estate Fraud Advisory Board, and Business Network International. He is also an adjunct professor of law teaching civil procedure at the Southern California Institute of Law in Ventura. He has lectured on the topics of trade secret litigation, elder abuse, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage, and mechanics' liens.
