Theodore J. Schneidertschneider@mwgjs.com  Theodore J. Schneider, a partner in the law firm, graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 1999 with a BA in Political Science. He graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 2002 and, upon his admission to the Bar, joined a large Los Angeles law firm. In 2005, Mr. Schneider returned to his home town of Ventura and joined the firm of Myers, Widders, Gibson, Jones & Schneider, L.L.P. Mr. Schneider is a member of the firm's corporate transactions group and its municipal law group, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, general business law, real estate law and municipal law. Mr. Schneider began his public entity law career upon joining the firm and assuming the role of Assistant City Attorney for the City of Ojai and the City of Fillmore. As of January 1, 2008, Mr. Schneider became City Attorney for the City of Fillmore. Mr. Schneider currently serves as the President of the Tri-Counties Local Government Attorneys' Association. Mr. Schneider also serves on the Board of Directors of the Ventura College Foundation, and the Anti-Defamation League (Ventura region). |
