Julie A. Saltounjsaltoun@mwgjs.com  Julie A. Saltoun graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and earned her law degree in 1983 from Loyola Law School where she was an editor of the law review and authored a note on sex based wage discrimination. She has served as associate counsel at Informatics General Corporation, senior counsel at Walt Disney Company and Wickes Companies Inc., and has been engaged in the private practice of law for numerous years with a focus on Fortune 1000 clients, including many household names. Prior to joining the firm as Of Counsel, she most recently served as regional director for the Tri-Counties office of the Anti-Defamation League, a national civil rights and human relations agency. She practices in the area of corporate, transactional, general business, and municipal law, with a specialty in technology related transactions. |
